The short version: your health data powers your plan and nothing else. We don't sell it. We don't hand it to advertisers. It's private by design.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email, and login credentials.
• Body & health data — metrics you enter (weight, height, goals) and anything you sync from Apple Health (sleep, HRV, steps, workouts).
• Usage data — how you interact with the app, so we can improve it.

How we use it

Your health signals are used to build and adapt your training, nutrition, and recovery plan. Usage data helps us fix bugs and improve the experience. That's it — we don't use your health data for advertising, and we never sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (secure hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.

Your rights

• Access, export, or delete your data at any time.
• Disconnect Apple Health sync whenever you want.
• Close your account and have your data erased.
